With its age, after fifteen years approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks to mature for a further three years where both elements are finally blended back together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour. The 18 Years Old is a dazzling, luminous whisky, balancing sweet and floral lushness, with rich marmalade flavours, honey and fig.
