Refund policy

RETURNS

ALD Shop return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse). Returns and exchanges will not be accepted due to change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again and then your bank provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted which will vary across different banks. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@aldshop.com.au

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. We encourage customers to review product details and make thoughtful purchasing decisions. If you have questions or need more information before making a purchase, our customer service team is here to assist you. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We will only strictly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@aldglobal.com.au and only send your item to: 12 Nelson Avenue, Padstow, NSW, 2211, Australia after there has been confirmation from our team. Returned shipping fee is the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to 12 Nelson Avenue, Padstow, NSW 2211, Australia, only after our customer service team has accepted and confirmed your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not hold responsibility for the process of returned shipping. 

Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange.
