Offering delivery within Australia only except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or restricted areas. Please note: we do not ship to P.O boxes. 

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.

Rural NSW: up to 5 business day
Interstate Metro: up to 3-6 business days
Interstate Rural: up to 6-21 business days

We offer flat rate insured shipping depending on your location:

Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Victoria: $12.99 
Queensland: $14.99
South Australia: $17.99
Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia: $18.99

  • All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery and no authority to leave.
  • Deliveries will only be made to a person over the age of 18. If you look under 25, you will be asked to present a valid photo identification upon delivery. 

Please note that during the peak seasons, such as November and December, or due to unforeseen events, order processing might be slightly delayed. We aim to ship your order out as quickly as possible, but please anticipate potential delays.

ALD SHOP TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD ("ALD Shop", "we" and "us") is the operator of https://www.aldshop.com.au. By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to keep our website's inventory information accurate and up-to-date. However, occasionally, discrepancies may occur. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will inform you promptly. In such cases, we may cancel your order and process a refund, or we can hold your order until all items are available. Our team will contact you to confirm the options available. 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. We offer flat rate costs depending on your region, which may be subject to change at any time. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase, and this price will be the final shipping cost for the customer. 

3. Shipping Returns

Refer to our refund policy for details regarding returns. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. However, please allow more time if you reside in the rural areas.

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during 9:00AM - 4:00PM, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. However, if the order has already been dispatched this is out of our control.

4.4 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. 

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

4.6 Shipping Courier

Multiple carriers is used to ensure optimal delivery service. 

4.7 Authority to Leave

Due to the nature of our goods, we do not allow 'Authority to Leave' requests. If an 'Authority to Leave' request is made directly with the courier post-shipment, no claims for lost, damaged, or missing items at your nominated address will be accepted. ALD Shop will not assume any liability for such claims.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps. All of our deliveries made will require a signature upon the delivery.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

8. Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted due to change of mind before dispatch. If a cancellation is needed due to other foreseen reasons, please contact our customer service team for assistance. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
