Sparkling Angel is the fruit of Montes' passion for going above and beyond; for never imposing limits on our work. The aromas consists of white flowers, fresh fruits, breadcrumbs, and light toast, with notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, and walnut. The palate is well balanced with good acidity and fine, crisp foam. Creamy and silky on the mid-palate with a fresh, fruity, and persistent finish.
